TouchStone has immediate career opportunities for: Licensed Clinicians, Associate Counselors and Agency Affiliat Counselors.

Supervised Clinical Training Opportunities
TouchStone offers pre- or post-doctoral externship and associate counselor training programs that help recent graduates fulfill licensing requirements necessary to become fully licensed behavioral health professionals in Washington State. We offer training opportunities with diverse populations.
- Counselors fulfilling licensing requirements must work under the direction of an approved supervisor for a set number of hours. TouchStone provides three hours of supervision per week for those who are earning credentials.
Supportive Work Environment
- Our administrative staff manages all accounting and insurance billing.
- Employed Clinicians may be able to assist in the setting of their caseload and hours.
- Employed Clinicians are part of a team where they can collaborate and consult with peers and fellow TouchStone counselors.
- TouchStone provides opportunities for advancement and numerous networking opportunities, plus free mentoring and licensure/educational advising.
- Employee Clinicians receive holidays and paid time off.
